Why hire an Architect?
Many people do not realize how complicated the building process really is - until they actually get involved with a project's design, building codes, zoning ordinances, utility requirements, accessibility requirements, contractors, etc. Every project is differrent, and as your architect, GMW will bring all of the components together to complete a sucessful, unique project. It is my goal to help you create a customized workable design, as well as help you stretch your construction dollars as far as possible. A well-conceived project can be built more economically and efficiently. I will help you choose materials and finishes that will enhance and increase the value of your project.
